I know I said that I was done with this blog, and it's true. I'm moving on, but I still want to search out a new, healthy life for myself. I love blogging. I know I said I didn't need the support, but that was me lying to myself. I do need the support - I need all the support I can get, haha. So this is my weight loss blog. I'm 21 years old, 5 foot 7, and 208 pounds. According to BMI charts and my doctor, I'm roughly fifty pounds overweight. After being unhappy with my body for the past few years, and after many failed attempts, I'm here to make some serious changes. This blog will chronicle my effort to lose 50 pounds in 50 weeks through healthy eating and exercise. No fad diets, no gimmicks, and no excuses. Just good old fashioned smart choices.
